At Black Knight, I own backend services routing payment traffic for loan servicing and escrow disbursements. I maintain a NestJS service in Node.js and TypeScript for ACH and wire transactions, and moved nightly reconciliation to Redis-backed queues so mismatches surface in about 11 minutes.
I added KYC/KYB verification hooks to partner onboarding, reducing the manual review queue by 37.4%. I also tuned PostgreSQL indexes on the settlements ledger, bringing p95 query time from 1.8 seconds to 412 milliseconds.
At Quorum Software, I wrote Express and TypeScript services for royalty payments and division order processing. I led a ledger migration to AWS ECS service modules without payment downtime during cutover, and mentored three junior engineers on code review and API design standards.
