I’m a QA Team Lead with 7+ years of experience delivering high quality enterprise applications across insurance, healthcare, E-commerce, and BPM domains. I specialize in Manual Testing, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS validation, and API testing using Postman, with a focus on improving regression coverage and preventing production defects.

I lead QA teams of up to 6 engineers, owning QA strategy, test plans, regression suites, and release validation in fast paced Agile environments. From sprint QA cycles and estimation to defect triage in JIRA and UAT coordination, I help stakeholders achieve stable releases with clear quality metrics and readiness reporting.
