At CitiusTech, I turned a routine engineering ticket into a platform investment, making the case to rebuild a legacy batch system as serverless and leading the redesign end to end. The platform became the foundation of a product the client launched commercially.
I also owned delivery of 40 code set releases each quarter for enterprise clients. By redesigning validation, I cut QA time per release from 4–5 hours to 15 minutes and freed more than 130 hours of release capacity each quarter.
At Siemens Healthineers, I worked with radiologists to define how an AI lesion-detection model fit clinical practice, then shipped it across syngo.via MI Oncology releases with product and engineering teams across geographies. I also automated more than 150 manual test cases.
At Nanyang Business School, I led a five-person IBM Consulting engagement to develop an investor-grade business plan and $9M capital plan for an agentic AI shopping assistant. I also helped frame a $250M climate-resilience fund that reached the Kellogg-Morgan Stanley global finals, and developed the winning go-to-market strategy for Mazda Singapore.
