Yusuph Mashaka

I’m an EFD Technical Supervisor with hands-on experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting EFD/EFP-related devices, security cameras (CCTV), and enrollment equipment. I work across installations end-to-end: from configuration and preventive maintenance to fault resolution and user guidance.

Throughout my work, I’ve supported projects at TTC L HQ, Solar kiosk Tanzania, Tigo Tanzania, and multiple branches (including preventive maintenance and EFP installations). I’ve also handled IT asset management by keeping records on Excel sheets and tagging ICT devices like desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, desk-phones, and EFD machines.

My technical scope includes system administration tasks such as network installation, configuration, monitoring, and operating system installation. I’ve also performed server backup administration (nightly incremental and weekly full backups), supported data recovery, conducted backup integrity tests, and provided remote and on-site help desk support, including assert verification and tagging at NBC Bank.
