What I'm looking for

I am seeking remote opportunities in IT Support, Swahili translation, and AI data annotation. I hold a Certificate in Information Technology and have skills in computer troubleshooting, software installation, data entry, and digital tools. I am fluent in Swahili and can communicate in English. I am eager to contribute to AI projects and grow professionally.

At SASCOM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, I installed and checked computer hardware and software to keep workstations operational, and troubleshot networking and technical issues. At CARVA NET COMPANY (T) LIMITED, I resolved network and connectivity issues to support reliable user access.

I’ve also maintained customer records and completed biometric registration at GOBA TIGOSHOP, and operated CCTV and control-room equipment at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC. My training includes Google-authorized technical support and system administration courses, plus Cisco Networking Academy’s Introduction to Cybersecurity.
