I built a Revit-to-Excel QTO pipeline that cut a 50-unit residential project's processing time by 90% and saved $8,500 in materials. It turns model dimensions into an auditable, live cost matrix for procurement.

I also developed a Python BIM validation tool that checks more than 500 parameters and achieved 99.8% post-validation data accuracy. It flags parameter mismatches, broken geometry, and spatial clashes, then produces construction-ready Excel reports.

For computational design, I created a parametric floor plan generator that uses Shapely and NetworkX to produce layouts from user inputs and export SVG and DXF files for Revit or FreeCAD. I encoded Nigerian building code requirements and deployed the application on PythonAnywhere.

At MSHEL HOMES, I worked as a Project Supervisor & Intern Architect, coordinating residential project milestones and developing Python automation tools to improve data tracking and reporting accuracy. I hold a B.Arch from Bingham University and am actively building custom BIM pipelines and automation tools for AEC teams.
