Desmond Akange

I’m an innovative architect focused on functional and sustainable design, with a strong drive for quality, efficiency, and successful project delivery. I’m passionate about blending aesthetics with practicality to create efficient and inspiring spaces.

As a Project Architect at AVA DevelopersLtd (2024–present), I coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from concept development through construction delivery. I coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs to produce fully integrated project documentation, and I support construction-phase activities by resolving technical issues while maintaining design compliance.

Previously, as an Architectural Designer at BIT-CORE ConsultingLtd (2022–2024), I created design concepts, space plans, and presentation materials for residential and commercial projects. I produced detailed BIM models, coordinated construction drawing packages, and prepared visualizations and design documentation for client and stakeholder approvals.

Earlier, as a Graduate Architect at TargetConstructionsLtd (2021–2022), I developed CAD and BIM models per project standards and supported site inspections, surveys, and project coordination. I prepared architectural drawings and details documentation, and I hold a B.Tech. Architecture (2021) from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger state (Second class upper).
