I'm looking for opportunities in social media management, virtual assistance, customer support, or IT support where I can improve engagement, resolve customer issues, and use digital tools and analytics to optimize workflows.

At African Voice News UK, I managed and grew social media across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, aligning content strategy with the publication’s voice and audience engagement goals.
