I’m a Medical Assistant with a proven track record at Kidswood Pediatrics, focused on patient-centered care, infection control, and building trust through clear, compassionate communication. I administer immunizations for children from birth to 18 years old and assist with routine checks and diagnostic testing, including COVID/flu testing, antigen testing, hemoglobin and iron analysis, phlebotomy, EKG, and pulse oximetry. I also manage medical records, scheduling, and appointment coordination while maintaining strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
