At Grupo Ideal Trends, I researched and built an LLM system that classified a 76,000-product catalog into 1,500+ categories at ~87% accuracy. It replaced a manual effort of about 2,400 person-hours and ended daily wrong-order disputes with clients.

I also built an SEO content pipeline with n8n and OpenAI that produced batches of 2,000–10,000 articles with about 40 minutes of human setup. Assisted article production fell from 15 minutes to 3, while the process sustained 100+ higher-quality articles per day.

At Extenteam, I built the company’s first agent-performance analytics pipeline, combining three data sources into a live leaderboard for 125 support agents. Leadership used it for bonus and termination decisions, and I implemented role-based access control for the platform.

After three months, I was promoted to Team Lead and built a three-person team from scratch, hiring and training junior team members. I look to own automation outcomes end to end in a remote-first company where automation is measured by business impact; I start by fixing the process before automating it.
