I’m a Senior Algorithm Engineer applying operations research and machine learning to logistics and warehousing problems, with a focus on order fulfillment operations, warehouse network design, and central warehouse routing. At Dingdong, I drive projects ranging from product layout design in warehouses to strategic, data-driven decision support.

Previously, as an Algorithm Engineer at JD Logistics, I worked on digital intelligence for vehicle dispatch and warehouse operations, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency. I contributed to intelligent dispatch, station transfer scheduling via a capacity allocation platform, consumables recommendation, and warehouse layout planning with inventory management.

Earlier in my career, I developed core modules for an intelligent workforce scheduling product serving call centers and centralized operation departments. My work emphasized business forecasting and automated scheduling, turning operational constraints into reliable scheduling outcomes.
