I support U.S. residential rehabilitation projects and property transactions across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, coordinating permits, Certificates of Occupancy, inspections, contractors, vendors, and project documentation.
In my current role with a real estate rehab and investment company, I manage Buildertrend administration, track rehabilitation costs and project requirements, coordinate due diligence and title matters, and support acquisitions and resale closings from contract execution through closing.
Previously, I designed Australian residential dwellings at New Edge Studio, prepared quantity estimates and BOQ reviews at Century Peak Corporation, and supported quality control for residential and corporate developments at Alveo Land Corporation.
