What I'm looking for

I seek a role that values emotional well-being and supports personal growth.

I am a dedicated psychological counselor and coach, specializing in helping individuals overcome fatigue and build emotional resilience. My approach is rooted in Transactional Analysis and mindfulness, allowing me to support clients in regaining self-reliance and discovering their inner resources. With over 200 hours of practice, I have worked with diverse clients, both individually and in groups, focusing on emotional literacy and body awareness.

Currently, I am enhancing my skills through ongoing education with the Ukrainian Association of Transactional Analysis, where I am deepening my understanding of psychotherapy. My experience includes facilitating online sessions for a Ukrainian audience, where I address topics such as stress, separation, and repetitive life scenarios. I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions and navigate through transitional states.
