At Cognizant Technology and Solutions, I worked on a Microsoft Fabric project for Barry Callebaut, connecting SAP BW, OMP forecasting data, and Power BI for planning teams.
I built Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers with PySpark notebooks, including daily snapshots and monthly totals. The forecast was extended from three months of raw input to ten months ahead.
I used ADLS Gen2 and Aecorsoft to send forecast and supply data back to SAP BW, and connected Gold tables to Power BI reports. I also added data quality checks, audit logging, and Microsoft Teams alerts.
Earlier at Cognizant, I developed Azure data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics. My work included incremental loads, SCD Type 2, and sales dashboards that reduced reporting latency from 24 hours to near real-time.
