General Manager at Formé Print & Packaging who made a 90-year-old factory debt-free and profitable while halving its headcount.
EgyptWhat I'm looking for
I took over Formé Print & Packaging in 2020 with no handover. Since then, I’ve returned the factory to profit, cleared its debt, and reduced the workforce from 25 to 13 while keeping operations running.
I found a way to cut calendar collating time roughly in half by rearranging the stacks, without new equipment or additional staff. I also replaced ad-hoc quoting with a standard costing and pricing model, and specified a multi-tenant ERP that’s currently in testing.
