Youssef Atef

I am a Java Developer, Frontend Engineer, and Computer Science student with hands-on experience building console applications and in-memory systems that solve real problems, such as grade management and hotel reservations.

During a Java Developer internship at Code Alpha, I developed a modular Java console application that analyzes student grades, using ArrayList for dynamic storage and separating logic into dedicated classes for maintainability. I have completed multiple academic projects—BMI calculator, average grades program, and a hotel reservation system—demonstrating strong OOP design and data-structure implementation.

I specialize in building clean, scalable, and user-friendly software. I work with Java, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and Bootstrap to create data-driven applications and intuitive interfaces. I bring practical tool experience with VS Code and NetBeans, familiarity with GitHub, and complementary skills in Python, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

I combine technical ability with leadership proven as a handball team captain and active volunteer engagement. I continuously expand my skills through coursework and scholarships, aiming to grow into a well-rounded Software Engineer and work on products that make a difference
