I've analyzed food, feed, fertilizer, essential-oil, and cosmetic products across El Gabrie for CO2 Plant Extraction, Evergrow for Speciality Fertilizer, and Hashem Brothers for Essential Oil & Aromatic Products.
At El Gabrie, I developed NIR and UV/VIS spectroscopy methods, set up an EXPEC 3700 GC-FID/MS, and analyzed volatile oils extracted through supercritical fluid extraction. I also developed mobile phases and sample preparation for TLC-MS flavor-composition detection.
At Evergrow, I measured major fertilizer elements, nitrogen compounds, sulfur, and trace metals using UV/VIS, flame photometry, Kjeldahl analysis, gravimetric analysis, and AAS according to ISO 17025.
I've also supported quality control and quality assurance for cosmetic and essential-oil products, including pesticide, phthalate, composition, and peroxide-value analysis, as well as creating CoAs and MSDS documents.
