At Giza Power Industry, I manage physical lab testing for raw materials and in-process manufacturing, as well as Factory Acceptance Tests with customer testing committees. I also train new QC members and review equipment calibration certificates.

Previously, I monitored electrical power cable manufacturing at Giza Power Industry, testing materials and finished products against IEC and BS standards. I analyzed processes using control charts, ANOVA, and linear regression, and prepared scrap reports.

At MOPCO (Urea Fertilizer Plant), I worked on industrial wastewater treatment and recycling with Veolia and water-treatment programs with Nalco. Earlier, I worked in analytical and research laboratories, including mining and environmental sample analysis, and developed an analytical method for antioxidant compounds in blood plasma.
