I’m an IoT Engineer focused on end-to-end connected-device delivery—from embedded firmware and sensor integration to machine learning and real-time dashboards. I’m naturally curious and fast to learn, actively seeking the best tools and frameworks for each challenge. I also work with a strong analytical mindset to understand root causes and build reliable, practical systems.

In my recent work on an IoT Predictive Maintenance system for vehicle condition monitoring, I built a complete pipeline with an ESP32 connected to DS18B20 (temperature), MPU6050 (vibration), and voltage calibration, publishing structured JSON via MQTT every 2 seconds. I implemented embedded signal processing (RMS vibration extraction, temperature rate-of-change, ADC calibration), trained and compared Random Forest vs. Decision Tree models on a 1,619-record dataset (Random Forest achieved 93% weighted accuracy with 0.92 fault recall), and deployed the model through a Flask REST API integrated into a Node-RED real-time dashboard with status alerts and CSV logging.

I also led an award-winning “Caladrios” IoT Health Monitoring and Glucose Prediction project using an ESP32-based wearable prototype that transmits data over WiFi to connected web and mobile apps. I built a predictive ML model estimating blood glucose from physiological features and reached ~70% accuracy, while optimizing the monitoring dashboard’s data structure to reduce load time. Using an Agile/Scrum approach across a multidisciplinary team, I drove the project from architecture design to final demo.

Professionally, I’ve strengthened my delivery and coordination skills as a Project Engineer (steering workstreams, consolidating progress, supervising deliverable collection, and authoring dissemination documents), as well as in fleet and web management roles involving KPI tracking, data analysis in Python, dashboard/report creation, and end-to-end web project coordination. Across both engineering and project-coordination work, I bring autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and an end-to-end delivery mindset to every team I join.
