Youness Bendaoud

I’m an IT infrastructure trainee with a strong interest in networking, system administration, virtualization, network security, Linux systems, and cloud technologies. During my training at CMC Souss Massa, I worked on networking projects like WLAN configuration and hands-on lab simulations, building practical knowledge across infrastructure-related environments.

As an Information Technology Coordinator Intern at Fairmont Taghazout Bay, I’m gaining real experience supporting hotel IT infrastructure—troubleshooting user and connectivity issues, assisting event AV setup, performing connectivity checks, and coordinating operational support when needed. I work with tools and platforms including Microsoft Intune, Zscaler, Printix, Chromecast, and Point of Sale systems.

Earlier, I completed an internship at Full Networks, supporting deployments of network and low-voltage infrastructure, configuring managed switches and wireless access points, and working with FortiGate firewalls and Windows Server services (Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy). I also designed part of an enterprise network simulation in EVE-NG, including VLAN segmentation and 802.1X network access control concepts, and I’m passionate about continuously learning and growing toward technical IT opportunities.
