What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can design and monitor gender-transformative climate and biodiversity programmes, lead inclusive workshops and youth engagement, and support community-led resilience through agroecology and partnerships aligned with the SDGs.

I’m a Gender-Transformative Climate & Environment Specialist with 4+ years of field and programme experience at the intersection of gender equality, climate resilience, and community empowerment. I focus on gender-responsive programme design, agroecological training, and NGO-led livelihoods work, with a strong commitment to youth-led approaches that centre girls and marginalised communities in climate action.

Most recently, as a Biodiversity & Environmental Education Specialist, I supported the integration of gender indicators into Fundación Impulso Verde’s conservation projects, contributing to the organisation’s gender policy. I designed and facilitated biodiversity workshops (pollinators, avifauna, Colombian ecosystems) and agroecological training for rural communities in the Cauca Valley, while supporting a plant nursery network driving regional reforestation programmes and producing trilingual (FR/EN/ES) conservation and gender-inclusive communication content.

Across my education and experience, I’ve built a solid foundation in monitoring and inclusion tools, including applying the OECD Gender Marker and developing gender-aware educational programming. Through field study and volunteering, I’ve used intersectional analysis to examine gender dynamics in rural communities—women’s land access, leadership, and labour distribution—as structural dimensions of climate resilience and food sovereignty, and I’ve translated those insights into inclusive workshops, events, and youth engagement.
