At Call Power Company Ltd, I drive the Software Testing Life Cycle across web platforms, using manual and automated testing. I turn customer ticket trends into QA test scenarios and cases, and create spreadsheet reports for technical stakeholders.
I also develop automation scripts with Katalon Studio, Playwright, and Selenium, and conduct API testing with Postman. On my personal project, Little Stars, I built a SaaS application for child development tracking using Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Prisma.
