I’m a Systems Operations Analyst with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, automation, and production operations. I focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, process optimization, and cloud infrastructure support to keep systems stable and incidents resolved quickly.

At UNIPAGO, I monitored and supported critical enterprise production processes to ensure operational stability and timely incident resolution. I developed and optimized Python scripts and Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive operational tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention. I also used SQL to generate operational reports, support internal requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

I bring strong Linux-based operational experience and AWS automation capabilities. I’ve deployed and managed applications with Elastic Beanstalk, configured observability through CloudWatch logs, automated operations using Lambda and SQS, and supported secure/auth workflows with Cognito—along with data storage and retrieval using DynamoDB and operational assets using S3. Previously, as a Programmer at MediLink, I built and maintained a medical appointment scheduling system using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, providing technical support and improving system stability.
