I analyze operational trends and root causes across SLA, quality, and performance, and automate recurring reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, and AI-assisted scripting.
My analytics projects include an Olist e-commerce database, where I analyzed monthly revenue, order volume, delivery performance, and customer reviews using PostgreSQL.
I also completed credit-risk loan analysis using exploratory data analysis, KPI reporting, and logistic regression, and created projects in IPL analytics, Netflix data analysis, and US airline trends.
