I’m an Accounts Payable & Reconciliation Specialist with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and AP operations. I focus on accuracy, speed, and controls—especially three-way matching, Purchase Ledger maintenance, and SLA-driven invoice processing.

In my current Accounts Executive role, I process vendor invoices and expense vouchers against Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring strict adherence to stakeholder SLA timelines. I maintain Purchase Ledger accuracy across 500+ journal entries per month, reconcile vendor accounts, investigate claim discrepancies, and escalate unresolved items within defined timelines.

On the reconciliation and close side, I reconcile 10+ bank, vendor, and GL accounts monthly by performing root cause analysis and resolving 95%+ of discrepancies within SLA timelines. I support monthly financial close activities such as AP accruals, forex adjustments, and data validation to help ensure on-time reporting.

I also handle multi-currency accounting and foreign inward remittances, processing ₹32–35 Cr monthly through banking portals with zero unresolved items at month-end. I’m committed to Data Protection compliance and high-quality financial reporting, and I’ve authored 3+ reconciliation SOPs (bank, vendor, forex) to strengthen operational continuity.
