I provide psychotherapy assessments, risk assessments, and therapy sessions via telehealth to clients of all ages at a community mental health clinic in Oregon, along with treatment team collaboration and monitoring of medication adherence.

Using a Cultural Responsiveness organizational model, I provided psychotherapy assessments and individual therapy via telehealth through culturally-affirming and intentional care to adult BIPOC clients in Texas and Virginia.

Using a client centered, integrated approach, I provided psychotherapy assessments and counseling with residents of local nursing facilities who experienced adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. I also monitored for medication adherence and worked collaboratively with clients and prescribers.

I provided short-term individual and family counseling, using supportive and solution-focused therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, grief and bereavement counseling. I facilitated long-term and advance care planning, non-pharmacological pain interventions, stress management, caregiver respite, psychoeducational programs, and community resources referrals.
