@yixuanhuang
I support cross-border transactions, trade remedies investigations, and technology data-compliance reviews.
What I'm looking for
I'm supporting King & Wood's Capital Markets, Digital Economy & AI Group on cross-border M&A transactions and data-compliance reviews for technology companies. I draft and review English transaction documents, analyze equity pledges and dispute-resolution terms, map data flows, and identify cybersecurity, data security, and personal information protection gaps.
I've also supported U.S. trade remedies investigations at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, building Excel reconciliation models and contributing to antidumping and countervailing duty analyses. My work spans WTO and trade-remedy research, IPO due diligence, criminal case review, and comparative cross-border data-transfer research across U.S., EU, and PRC frameworks.
