I'm currently leading month-end and year-end close, IFRS reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and external audit coordination for three legal entities at Pico International LLC in Dubai.

I've coordinated audits with zero audit adjustments while managing UAE and KSA VAT, WHT, CT/CIT, DTT, intercompany accounting, and semi-annual group consolidation. I also oversee AR, AP, bank reconciliations, project collections, and cash accuracy.

Previously, as Finance Manager at PICO Myanmar, I managed end-to-end finance operations for two entities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, statutory audits, and team supervision.

My foundation in external audit at EY Myanmar and Win Thin & Associates includes financial statement audits, internal-control reviews, substantive testing, accounting adjustments, and tax advisory work. I'm a Myanmar CPA with over nine years of experience across the UAE, KSA, and Myanmar.
