At Schindler, I’ve shipped 10+ production GenAI systems on Azure, including RAG chatbots, multi-agent assistants, document-intelligence pipelines, and an AI coding platform serving 5,000+ enterprise users.
I led a multi-domain assistant with 12 department-specific agents and intent-based routing in Copilot Studio. Its answers are grounded in each department’s SharePoint content, with prompts and guardrails designed to reduce hallucinations.
I also built an in-house AI coding assistant adopted by 60+ developers. It lets developers work with multiple LLMs in the company’s Azure AI Foundry environment and uses function calling to create and edit files in their workspaces.
Across these services, I’ve developed FastAPI and Flask microservices, deployed Docker containers through Azure Pipelines, and applied evaluation, privacy controls, monitoring, and latency and cost optimisation. I also trained a DenseNet model for my X-Ray Intelligence System project to classify pneumonia and tuberculosis from chest X-rays.
