At KENA - TELECOM ITALIANTT DATA, I manage blocked XML transactions through bulk API resubmissions and query production data to identify gaps and resolve issues. I also investigate Linux logs and troubleshoot services in production.

I developed Power BI dashboards to track project KPIs and ticket status, and supported Apache and Nginx services while diagnosing application and production support issues.

Earlier, I analyzed sales and inventory data at SMOLLAN LTD and developed dashboards in Power BI. During my aerospace software internship at INTELLCAP SARL MOROCCO, I designed a ground-station control web application for satellite monitoring and built a database for telemetry and operational data.
