I'm researching the hydro-morphodynamics of intertidal mudflats in the Seine Estuary, examining how tides, waves, and sediment transport influence mudflat stability and morphological change.
At the Polytechnic University of Bari, I developed and tested coastal-monitoring methodologies, implemented low-cost shallow-water and shoreline mapping workflows, and analyzed coastal risk drivers affecting sandy shorelines.
My earlier coastal research at BRGM defined a regional storm-impact bulletin for Occitanie and analyzed beach evolution in Barcarès. At Université de Pau et des pays de l'Adour, I studied wave-resonance amplification around Île de Groix.
I'm experienced in hydrodynamic modelling, remote shoreline monitoring, satellite geodesy, and field instrumentation, using tools including Delft3D, XBeach, Telemac Mascaret, SWAN, Python, and Linux.
