What I'm looking for

I am seeking opportunities in bioinformatics and biotechnology research, focusing on innovative projects that contribute to healthcare advancements.

I am Yasmine Adel, a dedicated and passionate bioinformatics student with a solid foundation in biotechnology. Currently pursuing a diploma in Bioinformatics at Ain Shams University, I have developed a keen interest in the intersection of biology and data analysis. My academic journey has been marked by a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Cairo University, where I graduated with a grade of 79.5% (Very Good).

My research experience at the National Research Centre involved investigating the anti-cancer properties of gastro-intestinal drugs, where I applied advanced cell culture techniques and conducted in-vitro bioassays. This project not only honed my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of cancer biology. Additionally, my internships at Colors Medical Laboratories and Creative Egyptian Biotechnologists provided me with hands-on experience in RNA-Seq analysis and cancer drug discovery, further solidifying my expertise in gene expression analysis and quantitative PCR.
