At CloudWalk, I build and harden merchant-facing AI agents, migrating 30+ production tools to Model Context Protocol and creating a 12-skill stateful GraphAgent. I also redesigned retrieval with PostgreSQL and PGVector, reducing query latency from 10–30 seconds to 50–200ms while achieving 98.68% coverage.
I've built LLM benchmarking, evaluation, observability, and proactive-insight systems using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAGAS, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and PostgreSQL.
