In my most recent role, I built an AI-powered interview platform that generates role-specific questions from resumes and added a real-time follow-up generation system based on candidate responses. I also developed a candidate scoring engine for hiring decisions and implemented a sandboxed code execution engine with sub-2s latency. Previously at TCS, I contributed to SBI YONO by enhancing UI responsiveness for over 10 million users, reducing UI development effort by 30% with reusable component libraries, improving reliability via unit test coverage to 80%, and optimizing API calls through asynchronous programming to reduce latency and improve fault tolerance.
