I'm looking to lead strategic, data-driven talent acquisition for technology and corporate teams, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, executive hiring, employer branding, and inclusive candidate experiences across global markets.

I'm leading end-to-end recruitment across Europe, India, Pacific, and the Middle East at Thinkproject, hiring senior and business-critical talent across AI/ML, software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and product.

Previously at Sapiens, I delivered 120+ hires across technology and corporate functions and 250+ engineering hires annually across India, Singapore, and Australia. I built passive talent pipelines, improved engagement by 35%, reduced closure time by 20%, and helped increase female engineering representation by 22%.

Across Thinkproject, Sapiens, and KPMG Global Services, I've partnered with senior leaders on workforce planning, market intelligence, executive search, offer strategy, and candidate experience. I use recruitment analytics and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo, Beamery, Power BI, and generative AI to turn hiring data into action.
