I’m seeking a responsible position in a dynamic organization with a stimulating environment, where I can use my education and deliver accurate CRM/report handling, reliable data entry, and confident day-to-day operational support.

I’m an Executive-Branch Operations professional with hands-on experience in reviewing and organizing client medical reports and entering information into a CRM portal. I’ve worked to meet overall operational criteria and performance standards while keeping daily tasks aligned with company protocols.

Previously, as a Data Entry Associate, I transferred information between formats, entered vendor updates and client information into an internal database, and monitored ongoing requests to identify bottlenecks.
