I build C# plugins and custom workflow activities for record validation, approvals, and business process logic. I also write JavaScript and TypeScript form scripts and business rules to support data integrity.
For Field Service, I configure work order management, scheduling, and mobile-enabled technician workflows. I build Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate approvals and streamline cross-team processes.
I develop integrations using the Dynamics 365 Web API and Azure Functions for real-time data exchange with external systems. I also work with functional consultants and QA teams on requirements, testing, and UAT support.
