What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build applied AI and RAG platforms where reliable backend engineering, explicit schemas, controlled failure paths, observability, and human review turn probabilistic model behavior into maintainable systems.

At VTB, I build AI-powered backend workflows for internal banking support, FAQ automation, and operational scenarios. I develop RAG workflows over internal knowledge bases using vector and hybrid search, LLM calls, structured outputs, validation layers, access checks, and audit-friendly logging.

Previously at Sinara Bank, I built Python automation, FastAPI services, reporting tools, and data workflows that saved about 10 hours of analyst work each week. I also mentor 1,000+ Skillfactory students in Python, OOP, backend fundamentals, debugging, and clean-code practices, while building products such as Mentra, an AI learning platform, and Telegram-based AI applications.
