I've supported telecom infrastructure delivery at Team Fishel since 2019, progressing through OSP engineering, permitting supervision, design supervision, and project management cross-training. I oversee GIS, design, right-of-way acquisition, surveying work, project priorities, reporting, budgets, and risk mitigation.
I lead teams of 9+ employees, train and onboard teammates, and coordinate with project managers, VDOT, DDOT, municipalities, railroads, and other agencies to secure approvals and keep projects moving.
Earlier, I led design work on the MBEMS program at Cortek and created easement drawings, land-use permits, and telecommunications construction plans at Aerotek/Draper Aden and Express Technologies. I bring more than 10 years of experience across CAD drafting, permitting, OSP, and telecom design.
