At Vardast.io, I designed and optimized prompts and knowledge-base content for a RAG-based chatbot supporting personalized customer interactions.
I built personalized AI agents and automated workflows in n8n, integrating REST APIs for data retrieval and reporting. I also queried company records to identify recurring customer challenges and produce targeted reports.
My projects include a TypeScript WhatsApp bulk-messaging platform, an automated customer contact reporting pipeline, and a house-price prediction model using real-world data.
