What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support daily operations through scheduling, administrative coordination, and accurate documentation, while collaborating with remote teams in a calm, responsive, time-sensitive environment.

I’m a motivated and highly organized Project Manager with foundational training in scheduling, administrative support, and remote operations through relevant coursework. I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and responsive in time-sensitive situations.

In my work as a Project Manager (TerraTek, February 2026 - April 2026), I focus on smooth daily operations through scheduling and calendar management, shift coordination, and careful data entry and record maintenance. I’m comfortable handling calls and written communication while keeping documentation accurate and complete.

I work well with remote teams and rely on digital tools to collaborate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and deliver consistent support. As a fast learner and initiative-taker, I adapt quickly to new systems and stay committed to helping teams run efficiently.
