At PARAM, I delivered and maintained 40+ end-to-end automation projects across fintech and payment-related operational processes, from requirements and solution design through production support.
I worked with business and technical stakeholders to clarify process needs, identify dependencies and exceptions, and translate operational challenges into implementable automation solutions.
I also built SQL-based dashboards and operational reports, and integrated automations with REST APIs, relational databases, and enterprise applications.
Earlier, at NORM Digital and YAŞAR BİLGİ, I developed UiPath automations, prepared Process Design Documents and project plans, and supported delivery through testing, deployment, and production support.
