What I'm looking for

I'm actively seeking opportunities in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Coordination, or entry-level HR Analytics. I'm also interested in using tools like Excel, Power BI and SQL to support data-driven HR decisions while continuing to grow in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

I'm an HR Operations professional with experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, employee documentation, mailbox support, and exit processes. I enjoy bringing structure to day-to-day HR operations, solving employee queries, and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Alongside my HR experience, I've been building my analytical skills through Power BI, SQL, and Excel. I enjoy working with data to create reports, identify trends, and support better decision-making. One of my recent projects involved building an HR attrition dashboard in Power BI, which strengthened both my analytical and problem-solving skills.

I'm currently looking for remote opportunities in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Coordination, or entry-level HR Analytics, where I can continue learning, contribute to a collaborative team, and grow my career in a people-focused organization.
