I seek leadership roles where I can build/scale finance and operations, drive strategic transformation, mentor teams, and deliver measurable P&L and operational improvements.

I am a strategy-driven operations and finance leader with engineering and MBA credentials from IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad, and a proven record of building functions and driving growth in mid-sized corporates and high-growth startups. I have led finance, supply chain, strategy, P&L, and transformation initiatives across e-commerce analytics, logistics, F&B, and consumer goods, creating agile systems (OKRs, AOPs, SOPs) and establishing finance and operational capabilities from the ground up.

In prior roles I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Finance, P&L Head for Asia and Hyderabad, and led supply chain and special projects, delivering multi-fold revenue growth, P&L improvements, cost reductions, and scalable processes while developing teams into leadership roles. I prioritize bias for action, stakeholder alignment, and structured upskilling to sustain measurable outcomes.
