Manage Quality Assurance and Technical Service activities and oversee the QSHE Management System as its secretariat. Coordinate factory technical reporting, ensure regulatory/standard compliance, and support supplier/vendor evaluation and product judgment/classification with SPC strengthening.

Plan and manage Quality Inspection activities for the TPA production process to achieve production targets within quality standards. Prepare and control the Laboratory Operation budget, approve calibration/maintenance/inspection plans, and support safety targets aligned with the QSHE-Eng Management System.

Manage customer information and analyze customer satisfaction results. Provide technical service to resolve quality-related complaints and coordinate corrective actions with integrated reporting across the factory.

Review Process Inspection Reports and Product Inspection Reports daily. Verify calibration reports, plan non-routine inspections, and manage segregation of non-conforming products.

Supervise analytical systems and govern calibration schedules. Support development and establishment of specifications for new products based on market and customer requests.

Lead QCC groups focused on reducing reagent consumption and eliminating SOx pollution risk during metal content analysis. Achieved multiple QCC convention medals at national and international levels.

Execute technical chemical analysis using spectroscopy and chromatography instrumentation. Perform analytical laboratory work to support production quality needs.

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 1997 to 2001.

Completed high school education in chemical analysis from 1991 to 1995.
