Yachika Karade

I am a motivated, detail-oriented pharmacy graduate with an Advanced PG Diploma in Clinical Research and hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator intern and hospital pharmacist. I have practical knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), trial master file management, regulatory documentation, informed consent processes, adverse event reporting, and electronic data capture.

During my internship at Avanvi Research and Technologies (site: Avanti Institute of Cardiology, Nagpur), I maintained accurate study records, managed source documents and case report forms, communicated with participants, and supported site coordination and patient recruitment. As a pharmacist at Mauli Women’s Hospital, I dispensed and reviewed prescriptions, managed inventory and procurement, and ensured medication safety and compliance with hospital protocols.

I hold a GCP certificate (NIDA Clinical Trials Network) and additional training in individual case causality assessment from Uppsala Monitoring Centre. I have authored and coauthored publications on clinical-trial recruitment barriers, antibacterial activity studies, and nutritional management topics, and I seek to apply my clinical research and pharmacy background to ensure ethical, accurate, and patient-centered trial conduct.
