At DIGITEXX VIETNAM, I lead a team of BIM Annotators delivering residential projects involving timber framing, steel beams, and other structural elements. I review and approve completed work, provide technical feedback, and help the team meet project requirements across Australia, the United States, Singapore, Europe, and Japan.
I monitor team performance and project quality, maintaining a 90% task pass rate and achieving 95%+ quality accuracy. I also identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce rework and support productivity.
Before becoming BIM Annotation Leader, I developed and annotated residential BIM models at DIGITEXX VIETNAM, focusing on timber framing and steel beam structures. I adapted models and annotations to different project requirements and drawing standards while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Earlier, as a Casegood Drafter at Rochdale Spear Company Limited, I designed and implemented interior design drawings and developed interior products to project requirements. I also completed 2D and 3D design work, adjusting designs to customer needs and coordinating with relevant departments during product development.
