I am a BIM-focused structural and architectural designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD (2D) and Autodesk Revit (BIM), primarily delivering private residences and villas. Over three years I have built and managed accurate 3D models to support design, analysis, and construction workflows.

I implement BIM processes end-to-end: model creation, clash detection, interdisciplinary coordination, and documentation management to reduce rework and improve project outcomes. I also extract quantities and perform cost estimation directly from models to keep projects on budget.

As a BIM Modeler at LA Construction Company, I led model-based simulations, sustainability analysis, and coordinated civil, architectural and MEP inputs to ensure integrated designs. As a freelancer I developed detailed structural and architectural drawings, maintained organized project documentation, and produced comprehensive construction cost estimates for clients.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a BIM Modeler - Revit Structure certification, and I am motivated to apply BIM-driven design, efficient cost control, and collaborative coordination to deliver high-quality, sustainable residential projects.
