At Hometime, I design products using research, product planning, and Figma. Previously, I worked in UX roles at Accenture, Archmob, and Seer Technologies across enterprise and customer applications.
I've led contextual interviews, surveys, card sorting, competitor reviews, journey mapping, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and usability testing across health insurance, e-commerce, loyalty, education, telco, and gaming. I also co-founded Tom Taps, an iPad communication tool for non-verbal children with special needs, and developed Bubble Sort to support therapy curricula.
