I am a passionate Generalist Software Engineer with a strong background in game development, particularly in utilizing Unreal Engine 4 and 5. My journey began at Creative Assembly, where I honed my skills as a Trainee Gameplay Programmer, contributing to the acclaimed 'Total War' series. I transitioned to an Associate Gameplay Programmer and eventually a Gameplay Programmer, where I implemented and optimized features for 'Total War: Warhammer 3'. My experience includes bug fixing, feature modifications, and tool implementation for asset management.
Currently, I am a Software Engineer at The Multiplayer Group, where I focus on both client and internal projects using Unreal Engine. My responsibilities include shader compilation profiling, optimization, and creating interactive map systems using real-world data. I am proud to have received a performance review that led to a recommendation for a promotion to Senior Software Engineer.
